SPACEMAN

Spaceman Goes on Holiday (Working Title) Is my latest directorial project & the second film produced by the Coach House Pictures team. Set in the 1950's in the mesa's of the American west. Taking inspiration from classic sci-fis of the Decade this short film aims to hargan back to the aesthetics of old-school Hollywood, with a mixture of Live-action performances, miniature sets and stop-motion animation. The shorts aims to tell a compelling story between the relationship between The secret Agent Barry Richards & The unnamed Spaceman as the two discover what makes Earth special. Having spent the summer of 2024 writing and planning the film and moved to shooting principle photography in the later half of last year. The current state of the project in steeped in post production, crafting and compositing the sets with the live action footage to bring the world of Spaceman to life.
